Dreamweaver has become extremely popular because it is so easy to use and tends to not interfere as much with user preferences as FrontPage does. You can buy Dreamweaver directly from Macromedia or download a free trial version that has limited functionality. This is currently our favorite website builder program. If you're building a large website, you might want to buy FrontPage, Dreamweaver or another professional builder program. However, if you're just planning to build a small website (say, ten or twenty pages), there's no need to buy a costly, whiz-bang computer program to build your site for you.
